Memorial site at the Volt Festival
The 2019 VOLT Festival remembers the 30 year old, Pan European Picnic with a separate memorial site.
The site channels the 89’ border opening in an easy, “festival-like” way, especially targeting those teenagers, who, because of their age, know little about those events. The daytime communal, resting place turns into a house party at night: A KGST-made trailer was turned into a DJ-booth, which will play 80s music. The memorial site could be made reality with the help and support of a 30 years free anniversary and a professional partnership.
